Wise, Virginia -  The UVa-Wise men's basketball team added another talented recruit to its 2012-2013 recruiting class as Deon Boyce a 6'6" forward from Jacksonville, North Carolina committed to the Cavaliers.

A year ago, Boyce averaged 16 points and 13 rebounds per game at Davidson County Community College en route to being named a 2012 NJCAA All-American.

UVa-Wise will open its 2012 season on November, 2 when the Cavs play host to Virginia Intermont in the annual Cavalier Classic.
