Columbia, Kentucky -  UVa-Wise dropped two Mid-South Matches to wrap up the first conference crossover event of the season.  In game one, Campbellsville won 25-9, 25-19, and 25-12 before University of the Cumberlands  won 25-16, 25-18, and 25-19.

On the day, Veronica Sanchez posted 38 assists while Maya Hamlett collected 11 kills for the Cavaliers.

With the two losses, UVa-Wise falls to 2-14 overall and 1-6 in Mid-South play. The Cavaliers will return to action on Tuesday when the team plays host to Asbury College.  The match is set to begin at 5:00 PM in the David J. Prior Convocation Center.
