Wise, Virginia- UVa-Wise fell to Mid-South Conference foe Georgetown on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers won the match in three sets 25-16, 25-12, 25-23.

In defeat Veronica Sanchez led the Cavaliers, by collecting 13 assists, 12 digs, one block, and a service ace. India Dillard also added four kills, a service ace, and eight digs.

UVa-Wise falls to 7-21 (4-8 MSC) with the loss. The Cavaliers return to the court on Tuesday, when they travel to Rio Grande to battle the RedStorm.
