Montreat, N.C. -  Host Montreat College posted a 3-0 victory over UVa-Wise in volleyball action on Friday by set scores of 25-10, 25-21, 25-23.

In the loss, the Cavaliers were led by Veronica Sanchez who handed out 15 assists while Roby Doughtery finished with five kills, a block, and a dig.  With the loss, UVa-Wise falls to 7-23 on the season; the Cavs will return to action on Saturday when the team plays Brevard.
