Wise, Va. - On December 1st, the UVa-Wise women's basketball, softball, and volleyball teams will be conducting an auction as the men's and women's basketball teams host a Mid-South double header against Shawnee State University.  The silent auction will be held from 2 – 6 p.m. with a unique selection of items that alumni, friends, fans and community members will enjoy bidding on throughout the day. 

The event will provide fans with a great opportunity to pick up a holiday gift for a loved one while supporting UVa-Wise Athletics.  Participants can pay by cash, check or credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Members of the three teams will be assisting with the event.  In addition to the silent auction, the teams are selling $10 raffle tickets and will give away $500 and $250 at the event.
