Wise, Va. -  Head Coach Kristen Salyer recently signed Sherando High School star Jessica Henry to play volleyball at UVa-Wise.  At Sherando, Henry garnered First-Team All-District accolades while aiding the school to consecutive regular season and district titles.  A versatile player, Henry spent time at setter, middle hitter, and outside hitter while serving as team captain during her senior season.

Henry is the daughter of Tony and Chris Henry of Stephens City, Va.  She intends to pursue a degree in education once reaching campus in the fall of 2013.
