WISE, Va. -  #12 University of Pikeville limited UVa-Wise to 18 second half points en route to a 85-48 victory at the Prior Center on Monday.  The victory by the Bears ensures Head Coach Kelly Well's club of the number two seed in this week's Mid-South Tournament.  The Cavaliers will be the number eight seed in the same event.

UPike (24-5, 15-5 MSC) used a pair of double-doubles from Trevor Setty and Terrance Saintil to complete the season-series sweep.  Setty finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds and Saintil added 16 points and 10 boards.  Jamar Briscoe, 13 points and P.J. Jenkins 10 points also finished in double-digits for the visitors.

UVa-Wise (11-14, 7-13 MSC) trailed by just one, 31-30, at the half but shot just 17.6 percent in the second half in suffering its second straight league defeat. Tyler Maggard scored 12 points and Deon Boyce grabbed 16 rebounds in the loss.

Head Coach Lee Clark's Cavs will play in the quarterfinal of the Mid-South Tournament on Friday when his team squares off with regular season champion Lindsey Wilson College.  Tip-off is set for 2:00 p.m. in the Frankfurt Convention Center.  The action can be heard on WNVA AM 1350 or online at www.uvawisecavs.com
