Roanoke, VA- The Highland Cavalier men's cross country team competed at the Maroon Invitational over the weekend. Spencer Adams led all Cavs with a finish inside the top 15.

Adams (Wise, VA) posted a time of 29:50.41 in the 8k run to put him 13^th overall. Alex Gragg (Chesterfield, VA) continued his strong freshman season as he ran a 30:48.51 placing him 24^th overall. Rounding out the runners for UVa-Wise was Conrado Navarro (San Antonio, TX). Navarro finished 57tho overall with a time of 38:03.11.

UVa-Wise will next compete at the Cavalier Invitational which will be held October 10^th.
