Requirements:

• Completed Cheerleading Application
   
• GPA 2.5 high school; GPA 2.0 college
   
• Letter of recommendation, preferably from your high school or college cheer coach. Must include name and phone number.
  
   

Skills: Standing back handspring; extension-cradle; Liberty-cradle; jumps, cheer (taught at clinic), and fight-song routine (taught at clinic).

• Optional but included in point system: Other elite stunts and/or tumbling.
   
• A spotter is available for tumbling requirements.
   
• Not performing optional elements does not necessarily prevent you from being selected to the team.
  
   

Tryout attire: red/black/gray shorts, plain white top (may have UVAW on it), proper cheer shoes, hair UP with a white bow.
