Wise, Va. - Lincoln Memorial proved its strength in women's tennis on Wednesday afternoon. The visitors lost just six games in seven matches for a 9-0 victory over UVa-Wise.

Rachael Juhan and Annie Fritz posted two game wins in the first set of their matches for the Highland Cavaliers. Megan Buchanan and Kayli Bates had one game win apiece.

UVa-Wise will return to Appalachian Athletic Conference action in a Saturday affair at Milligan College starting at 12:00 p.m.
