Danny Rowland, who has four times been named Appalachian Athletic Conference coach of the year, will begin his 18th season as UVa-Wise men's tennis coach and his 16th as the Lady Cavaliers' coach when his teams take to the courts in the spring of 2010.

The UVa-Wise women claimed the 2006 AAC tournament title and hosted the NAIA Region XII tournament before falling to event regional winner Indiana-Southeast.
